The state lottery fund is established consisting of all revenues received from the sale of lottery tickets or shares, including revenues from games authorized pursuant to § 5-554, subsection G, the fees, if any, charged pursuant to § 5-554 and all other monies credited or transferred from any other fund or source pursuant to statute, with the exception of those monies apportioned for payment of prizes and deposited as provided in § 5-573.
