Arizona Revised Statutes Title 5. Amusements and Sports § 5-236. Violations; classification

A. A person is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and may be subject to license revocation, denial or suspension if the person conducts, holds, sponsors, sanctions or gives boxing or other contests that are subject to regulation by the commission without first procuring an appropriate license or approval as prescribed in this article.

B. A person is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor and may be subject to license revocation, denial or suspension if the person does either of the following:
