Arizona Revised Statutes Title 49. The Environment § 49-1055. Extent of reimbursement; termination of eligibility

A. From and after December 31, 2032, only those releases of a regulated substance that are reported before January 1, 2033 as prescribed in § 49-1004 are eligible for corrective action cost reimbursements from the underground storage tank revolving fund.

B. An application for reimbursement of eligible costs from the underground storage tank revolving fund shall be filed with the department not later than 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2040.

C. An application for preapproval made pursuant to § 49-1051 shall be filed with the department not later than 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2039.

D. Any application made or expense incurred after December 31, 2040 is not eligible for reimbursement from the underground storage tank revolving fund and all such claims are extinguished.
