A. The street superintendent shall cause to be conspicuously posted along all streets and parts of streets within the assessment district described in the resolution, at not more than three hundred feet in distance apart, not less than three notices of the passage of the resolution.
B. The notices shall be headed “Notices of public work” in letters not less than one inch in height, shall state the fact and date of passage of the resolution, shall briefly describe the improvement proposed, shall refer to the resolution for further particulars, and shall publish the notice in a newspaper as required by § 39-204.
