Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48. Special Taxing Districts § 48-2754. Extent of hearing; consolidation of actions

A. At the hearing of the proceedings taken under § 48-2752 or 48-2753 the court shall hear and determine the sufficiency of all proceedings.

B. If more than one action is pending at the same time concerning similar contests they shall be consolidated and tried together.
