When a drainage district is organized subject to the provisions of this article, the board of directors of the district shall furnish the board of supervisors and the county assessor with the estimate of expenditures in the manner and at the time provided in § 48-2702, and in addition to the estimate required thereunder, or under § 48-2703 when applicable shall furnish the board of supervisors of the county, or of the respective counties, as the case may be, with a duplicate of the schedule of the several subdivisions made of the lands within the district together with the amount of money necessary to be levied against each in order to provide the amount required under the estimate submitted therewith.
