Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48. Special Taxing Districts § 48-2225. Jurisdiction of the department of health services

Nothing in this article shall in any way limit or authorize the limitation of the jurisdiction of the department or the director of the department as established under any other authority including, but not limited to, §§ 36-132 and 36-136.
