Arizona Revised Statutes Title 45. Waters § 45-701. Definitions

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “District” means a groundwater replenishment district established under title 48, chapter 27.  1

2. “District member” means a member of the district as provided by title 48, chapter 27.
