Registration by qualification under this article shall be effective for a period of one year and may be renewed for additional periods of one year by filing, by a date not later than fifteen days prior to expiration of the registration, of a prospectus meeting the requirements of § 44-1894 or 44-1901 and containing information as of a date not more than ninety days before the date of filing, together with the payment of a fee computed pursuant to § 44-1892, paragraph 3.
