Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44. Trade and Commerce § 44-1812. Assistant director of securities

The commission shall appoint an experienced assistant to the director of securities whose compensation shall be as determined pursuant to § 38-611 to assist in the proper discharge of the duties imposed upon the securities division.
