Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44. Trade and Commerce § 44-1615. Waiver prohibited; failure to comply with article

A. The requirements and rights set forth in this article may not be waived.

B. If a household goods mover fails to comply with any requirements prescribed in this article, the household goods mover is not eligible for the exemption set forth in § 44-1614.
