Arizona Revised Statutes Title 42. Taxation § 42-5164. Disposition of revenue

A. The department shall deposit, pursuant to §§ 35-146 and 35-147, all monies received under the provisions of this article.

B. Twenty per cent of the revenues collected from the tax on electricity purchased from electricity suppliers is designated as distribution base for purposes of § 42-5029.

C. The remainder of the monies collected pursuant to this article shall be deposited in the state general fund pursuant to § 42-1116.
