A. The office of economic opportunity and the department of economic security shall enter into a memorandum of understanding on or before September 30, 2016 to establish that the office of economic opportunity is the designated office for this state and is responsible for fulfilling unemployment insurance data requests by entities specified in § 23-722.04, subsection A.
B. The office of economic opportunity and the department of economic security in the memorandum of understanding shall establish specifications for quarterly data transmissions of unemployment insurance information to the office of economic opportunity. The initial transmission shall include all archived data available.
