A. The board shall:
1. Establish the Arizona industrial development authority under title 35, chapter 5 1 and, notwithstanding the requirements of § 35-705, serve as the board of the Arizona industrial development authority.
2. Serve as the board of the greater Arizona development authority and have all powers and authority to take action on behalf of the greater Arizona development authority pursuant to chapter 18 of this title. 2
3. Approve the Arizona finance authority's budget.
B. On or before October 1 of each year, the Arizona industrial development authority shall submit a report to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives and the directors of the joint legislative budget committee and the governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting regarding the Arizona industrial development authority's revenues, expenditures and program activity for the previous fiscal year.
