The standing political committee administrative fund is established consisting of monies from filing fees that are paid by standing political committees. The secretary of state shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated. The state treasurer shall invest and divest monies in the fund as provided by § 35-313, and monies earned from investment shall be credited to the fund. Monies in the fund shall be used for the costs of administering and enforcing the campaign finance laws relating to standing political committees.
