Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41. State Government § 41-1177.03. Distribution and sale of legislative journals and session laws

A. The legislature shall supply to the director of the Arizona state library, archives and public records for the purpose of exchange with other states, territories, the United States and foreign countries the number of copies of the session laws and journals of the legislature as required pursuant to § 41-151.05.

B. The legislature shall sell printed copies of the session laws and journals to the public at a price equal to the cost of publishing and distributing each copy.

C. The senate shall provide to any member of the senate, at the member's request, a senate journal.

D. The house of representatives shall provide to any member of the house of representatives, at the member's request, a house journal.
