The prevailing party in an action brought to impose liability under any section of this article or to have any act or omission stopped and prevented, either by mandamus or injunction, pursuant to § 40-360.25 is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees. In addition, if the prevailing party is a one-call notification center, that party is entitled to recover reasonable administrative costs and expenses.
