Arizona Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Utilities and Carriers § 40-210. Contractors; requirements; prohibition; definition

A. A contractor who is licensed by the registrar of contractors pursuant to title 32  1 is eligible to participate in a commission approved rebate or other pricing program offered by a public service corporation if the contractor obtains the same or equivalent training or certification required under the program.
