A. A contractor who is licensed by the registrar of contractors pursuant to title 32 1 is eligible to participate in a commission approved rebate or other pricing program offered by a public service corporation if the contractor obtains the same or equivalent training or certification required under the program.
B. A contractor who is licensed under the registrar of contractors pursuant to title 32 shall not be required to:
1. Join any trade association or other membership organization.
2. Pay dues to any trade association or other membership organization.
C. For the purposes of this section, “contractor” has the same meaning prescribed in § 32-1101.
