In this article, unless the context otherwise requires, “acquired entitlement land” means land which this state acquired from the United States after December 31, 1985 and at the time it was acquired it was entitlement land under title 31 United States Code chapter 69 1 and the acquisition by the state resulted in a reduction of payments to the county under title 31 United States Code chapter 69.
