Arizona Revised Statutes Title 37. Public Lands § 37-260. Selling and administrative expenses

Any application and any payment made to this state pursuant to §§ 37-257 and 37-258 shall be exempt from the provisions of § 37-107. If the commissioner determines that an appraisal is required on the improvements, the purchaser of the land shall pay the actual cost of such appraisal.
