A. The fee for a children's camp license issued by the department of health services shall be one hundred dollars for the first license and twenty-five dollars for each renewal of the license thereafter. All funds collected from this source shall be deposited, pursuant to §§ 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund.
B. A county to which the department of health services has delegated powers and duties pursuant to § 36-3915 may charge and collect a license fee. A county shall not charge a fee in excess of the cost of providing the service for which the fee is charged. The county shall transmit fees collected pursuant to this subsection to the county treasurer.
