A. A health care provider shall not use telehealth to provide an abortion.
B. A health care provider who knowingly violates this section commits an act of unprofessional conduct and is subject to license suspension or revocation pursuant to title 32. 1
C. For the purposes of this section, “abortion” has the same meaning prescribed in § 36-2151.
