Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36. Public Health and Safety § 36-329.01. Delayed fetal death certificate registration

A. If a fetal death occurs in this state and is not registered within one year after the date of the fetal death, the local registrar, deputy local registrar or state registrar shall register the fetal death certificate as a delayed fetal death certificate.

B. The requirements for registering a delayed fetal death certificate are the same as the requirements for registering a delayed death certificate prescribed in § 36-325.01.
