A. A person claiming a lien under this article, within ten days after the labor is performed or the use of the machinery and equipment is terminated, shall record in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the land is located a claim substantially in the form and containing the information prescribed by § 33-993 so far as applicable, and verified as provided therein.
B. The lien may be foreclosed by civil action.
