Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32. Professions and Occupations § 32-560. Students; transfer; documentation

A student who desires to transfer from one school to another may apply to another school of the student's choice. The transferring school shall provide the student with a completion form documenting the hours and courses that the student has successfully completed. The form shall include the school's name, address and license number and the student's dates of attendance.
