Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32. Professions and Occupations § 32-517. License renewal

A. Except as provided in § 32-4301, a barber, a cosmetologist, an aesthetician, a nail technician or a hairstylist shall renew the person's license on or before the person's birthday once every two years.

B. A barber, a cosmetologist, an aesthetician, a nail technician or a hairstylist shall pay the prescribed renewal fee and comply with requirements prescribed in this chapter to renew the person's license.

C. A barber, a cosmetologist, an aesthetician, a nail technician or a hairstylist who fails to renew the person's license on or before the person's birthday shall also pay the prescribed delinquent renewal penalty in order to renew the license.
