A. A person may not assume or use the title or designation of “art therapist” unless the person holds an active national registration in art therapy with the art therapy credentials board.
B. A violation of this section constitutes an unlawful practice under § 44-1522. The attorney general may investigate and take appropriate action as prescribed by title 44, chapter 10, article 7. 1
