A. An applicant for licensure shall file a completed application as required by the board. The applicant shall include application and examination fees as prescribed in § 32-4126.
B. The board may return an application with a statement of deficiencies. On request of an applicant who disagrees with the statement, the board shall hold a hearing pursuant to title 41, chapter 6. 1
