In connection with a board investigation conducted pursuant to 32-3951, the board at all reasonable times has the right to examine and copy any documents, reports, records or other physical evidence of any person being investigated or reports, records and any other documents maintained by and in the possession of any clinic, licensee's office or other public or private agency and any health care institution as defined in § 36-401 if the board believes this information is related to unprofessional conduct or the mental or physical ability of a licensee to practice acupuncture.
