An application for a registered trainee appraiser certificate shall be made on a form prescribed by the deputy director and be accompanied by the fees prescribed by § 32-3607. An applicant must complete education requirements as outlined by the appraiser qualifications board. The applicant must submit proof that the applicant has successfully passed the required courses that are specifically oriented to the requirements and responsibilities of supervisory appraisers and trainee appraisers and that comply with the specifications established by the appraiser qualifications board.
