A certified veterinary technician may perform those services authorized by the board pursuant to § 32-2245 in the employ of and under the direction, supervision and control of a licensed veterinarian who shall be responsible for the performance of the certified veterinary technician. Compensation for such authorized services shall be derived solely from the employing veterinarian.
