Subject to title 41, chapter 4, article 4, 1 the board may employ personnel as it deems necessary to provide investigative, professional and clerical assistance as required to perform its duties under this article. Personnel are eligible to receive compensation in an amount as determined pursuant to § 38-611. The board may contract with other state or federal agencies as required to carry out this article.
