Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32. Professions and Occupations § 32-2054. Participation in compact as condition of employment; prohibition

An employer may not require a physical therapist to seek licensure through the physical therapy licensure compact enacted by § 32-2053 as a condition of initial or continued employment as a physical therapist in this state. An employer may require that a physical therapist obtain and maintain a license to practice physical therapy in multiple states, if the physical therapist is free to obtain and maintain the licenses by any means authorized by the laws of the respective states.
