An employer may not require a physical therapist to seek licensure through the physical
therapy licensure compact enacted by § 32-2053 as a condition of initial or continued employment as a physical therapist in this
state. An employer may require that a physical therapist obtain and maintain a license
to practice physical therapy in multiple states, if the physical therapist is free
to obtain and maintain the licenses by any means authorized by the laws of the respective
