A. A licensee shall renew the license pursuant to board rules. Except as provided in § 32-4301, a licensee who fails to renew the license on or before its expiration date shall not practice as a physical therapist or work as a physical therapist assistant in this state.
B. The board shall administratively suspend a license if the licensee does not submit a complete application for renewal and pay the renewal fee pursuant to board rules.
