A. The requirements of continuing professional pharmacy education provided in § 32-1936 do not apply to licensees beginning the date of initial licensure until the date of the first license renewal.
B. The board may make exceptions from the requirements of § 32-1936 in emergency or hardship cases or for good cause shown based on a written request for an exception from the requirements.
C. Pharmacists who are exempted from the requirements of continuing professional pharmacy education pursuant to subsection B of this section shall satisfactorily pass a written examination approved by the board for that purpose before license renewal.
