Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32. Professions and Occupations § 32-1374. Price list requirement

When a licensee makes arrangements by interstate telecommunications to perform services in this state with any person residing outside this state, the licensee shall provide the written price list required pursuant to § 32-1371 electronically unless the person does not have access to the internet.
