A. An embalmer or funeral director who is licensed under this article shall notify the department in writing within ten business days after a change in employment. The notice shall include the names of the former and the new establishment.
B. A responsible funeral director who is licensed under this article shall notify the department in writing within five business days after a change in employment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other legal holidays.
