Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32. Professions and Occupations § 32-1311. Immunity

A. Employees and agents of the department are immune from personal liability with respect to acts done and actions taken in good faith and in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.

B. Any person who reports or provides information to the department in good faith is not subject to an action for civil damages.
