A. After a hearing pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10, 1 the board may suspend or revoke the license issued to a person under this article or censure or place on probation any person for any of the causes set forth as grounds for censure, probation, suspension or revocation in § 32-1263.
B. The board on its own motion may investigate any evidence which appears to show the existence of any of the causes set forth in § 32-1263. The board shall investigate the report under oath of any person which appears to show the existence of any of the causes set forth in § 32-1263. Any person reporting pursuant to this section who provides the information in good faith shall not be subject to liability for civil damages as a result.
C. Except as provided in § 41-1092.08, subsection H, final decisions of the board are subject to judicial review pursuant to title 12, chapter 7, article 6. 2
