Arizona Revised Statutes Title 3. Agriculture § 3-912. Rules; additional notice requirements

A. The director shall adopt rules to enforce this chapter pursuant to title 41, chapter 6.  1

B. In addition to the notice requirements prescribed in title 41, chapter 6, at least thirty days before any hearing at which a new rule or a change in a rule will be considered the department shall send a copy of the notice by first class mail to persons or entities requesting notice pursuant to § 3-904, subsection E.
