Arizona Revised Statutes Title 3. Agriculture § 3-525.08. Rules

A. Pursuant to § 3-527.02, the associate director may recommend to the director for adoption rules that are not in conflict with this article as the associate director considers to be necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.

B. At least thirty days before any hearing at which a new rule or a change in an existing rule will be considered, the director shall send a copy of the notice to persons or entities that have requested notice for the purposes of this subsection.

C. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are exempt from the provisions of title 41, chapter 6  1 relating to administrative procedure.
