The scope of this chapter is to regulate the safety and health of workers exposed to pesticides and any other safety and health issue not covered by the industrial commission by title 23, chapter 2, article 10 1 or any responsibilities required under the approved plan of the industrial commission in accordance with the United States department of labor, § 18 of federal occupational safety and health act of 1970.
