Meat of the carcasses or parts of carcasses of cattle, sheep, goats or swine for human consumption shall not be served in or sold to any state institution unless the carcasses or part of carcasses bear the inspection stamp “Arizona inspected and passed” or bear the inspection stamp of the United States department of agriculture. State institutions which raise their own livestock may slaughter and use meats derived therefrom subject to inspection as required in article 2 of this chapter 1 and this article.
