Arizona Revised Statutes Title 28. Transportation § 28-9704. On-demand autonomous vehicle networks

An on-demand autonomous vehicle network may operate pursuant to chapter 30, article 3 of this title  1 except that any provision of chapter 30, article 3 of this title that by its nature reasonably applies only to a human driver does not apply to a fully autonomous vehicle operating with the automated driving system engaged while logged on to an on-demand autonomous vehicle network.
