Each wholesale motor vehicle auction dealer shall:
1. Conspicuously post at the wholesale motor vehicle auction dealer's established place of business a sign that contains the following statement:
Arizona Revised Statutes § 28-4334 prohibits a person who purchases a vehicle from this wholesale motor vehicle auction dealer from selling the vehicle in this state unless the person is a licensed dealer in this state. A person who violates this statutory provision is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
2. Stamp “export only” on the certificate of title of any vehicle sold to a person who is licensed as a dealer by another country.
