A. A person who commits, attempts to commit, conspires to commit or aids or abets in the commission of an act declared in chapter 3 or 4 of this title or this chapter 1 to be a crime, whether individually, in connection with one or more other persons or as a principal, agent or accessory, is guilty of the offense.
B. A person who falsely, fraudulently, forcibly or wilfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits or directs another person to violate any provision of chapter 3 or 4 of this title or this chapter is guilty of the offense.
