Subject to § 26-1017, general courts-martial have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this chapter for any offense made punishable by this chapter and, under limitations as the governor prescribes, may sentence convicted persons to any combination of the following:
1. A fine of not more than three hundred sixty-five dollars.
2. Forfeiture of pay and allowances.
3. A reprimand.
4. Dismissal or dishonorable discharge.
5. Reduction of a noncommissioned officer to the ranks.
6. Confinement of not more than three hundred sixty-five days.
