A court in this state shall not hear an application or petition for injunction against a domestic, foreign or alien society or lodge, any delinquency or other proceeding for dissolution of a society or the appointment of a conservator or receiver unless the application or petition is filed in the name of this state on the relation of the director pursuant to chapter 3, article 4 of this title. 1
