Arizona Revised Statutes Title 20. Insurance § 20-481.16. Alternative registration for an affiliate

The director may allow an insurer which is authorized to do business in this state and which is part of an insurance holding company system to register on behalf of any affiliated insurer which is required to register under § 20-481.09 and to file all information and material required.
