A. Except as they relate to an insurer or a hospital or medical service corporation, the provisions of this title are applicable to health care services organizations only as provided in this article, chapter 1 of this title, 1 chapter 2, article 12 of this title, 2 chapter 3, articles 1, 2 and 7 of this title, 3§§ 20-223, 20-233, 20-234, 20-261, 20-1133, 20-1135, 20-1379 and 20-1380, § 20-1408, subsections C through K, chapter 6, article 16 of this title 4 and chapters 11, 15, 17, 20, 21 and 30 of this title. 5
B. Unless preempted under federal law or unless federal law imposes greater requirements than this section, this section applies to a provider sponsored health care services organization.
